Synopsis

Whatever is reaching out to her keeps doing it at the worst possible moment — when she cannot stand, cannot run, cannot even be sure of what she's seeing.
The forced immobility is the script's strongest card: it turns the routine haunted-house setup into something tighter, because the character cannot simply walk away. Taylor's film does not rewrite the genre, but it plays its hand cleanly and keeps the tension running across a lean ninety-minute runtime. A solid pick for fans of contained, single-location horror.
