Synopsis

Being Human (2009), Season 5 — the final six episodes of the BBC supernatural series, watch online on iFILM. A fresh trio runs the Honolulu Heights hotel: ghost Alex, werewolf Tom and vampire Hal, none of them aware that something far older than any of them is quietly checking in.

The whole season builds toward one threat. Hidden behind cantankerous old pensioner Captain Hatch is a creature that has fed on conflict for centuries — and it sets to work pitting vampire against werewolf, handing them reason after reason to turn on each other. Alex, still learning the rules of being dead, is the first to sense Hatch is wrong. Tom looks for a werewolf mentor and nearly walks into a trap, while Hal feels the old vampire hungers pulling him back, a pull that drags the three friends to the brink by the end.
