Hatari!

Hatari! (1962) is Howard Hawks' East African adventure-comedy, available to watch online on iFILM. John Wayne stars as Sean Mercer, a professional animal trapper whose crew catches live game across the Tanzanian savanna for zoos around the world. The film was shot on location — the wildlife isn't stock footage.

Sean's team includes a German hunter (Hardy Krüger), an American newcomer (Red Buttons), and various other adventurers of uncertain temperament. An Italian wildlife photographer arrives wanting to join the expeditions; Sean has zero interest.
