Scrapper

"Scrapper" (2023) — watch online Charlotte Regan's debut feature, a British comedy-drama with Lola Campbell and Harris Dickinson. Twelve-year-old Georgie has been living alone in her London flat since her mother died. She fends off social services with a fake uncle and earns cash stealing bikes with her friend Ali.

Her estranged father Jason shows up without warning. He is thirty and acts less like a parent than like another kid who wandered into the wrong flat. Neither of them knows the protocol for this, and Regan's script refuses to make the learning curve easy.
