Out Cold

Out Cold (2001) is an American snowboard comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Brendan and Emmett Malloy. Rick Rambis and his crew have turned Bull Mountain, Alaska, into their personal kingdom — cheap lifts, zero attitude, and endless powder.

Then Papa Muntz dies and his son decides to cash out by selling to John Majors, a Colorado resort developer played by Lee Majors — yes, the name gag is intentional. Majors wants to flatten the mountain's personality and replace it with designer chalets. Rick, his buddy Pig Pen, and a pre-fame Zach Galifianakis as the mountain's resident oddball have no intention of letting that happen.

The story follows the classic underdog-resort template, but the early-2000s shred-bum energy keeps it from feeling stale. It's loose, self-deprecating, and actually funny — which is more than most in the genre manage. Stream Out Cold online on iFILM.
