Something is different this time. This batch arrived without creator Aaron McGruder, and the focus lands squarely on Granddad, who is buried under the millions he owes on his house. Ed Wuncler keeps dangling schemes to clear the debt: an explosive hair tonic, a fling with a long-lost Kardashian sister, a reality show that swallows him whole. Huey and Riley drift toward the edges while the gags pile up — a slavery theme park, a phone assistant that falls for its owner, the dead Stinkmeaner clawing his way back to viral fame.
