The Entitled

The Entitled (2011) is a Canadian crime thriller from Aaron Woodley that you can watch online on iFILM. Paul Dynan has run out of road — no job, no money, and his father about to lose the house. So he designs what he thinks is the perfect crime: snatch the spoiled children of three wealthy men and demand a three-million-dollar ransom.

Across one long night, Paul and his accomplices keep the hostages locked away while they wait for the payoff. The scheme starts to buckle. The captives don't behave the way he expected, old secrets surface among the three fathers, and each man is pushed to choose between his fortune and his child. Once the first blood is spilled, Paul's grip on the night slips for good.

Kevin Zegers plays Paul, with Ray Liotta and Victor Garber as the rich fathers, and a young Tatiana Maslany, later the star of Orphan Black, turns up in an early role.
