Other Space (Season 1)

Other Space (2015) is an American sci-fi comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. The year is 2105. The UMP cruiser heads out on a routine research run with a crew of mismatched young astronauts — an aggressively upbeat captain, a clueless navigator, a bickering couple, and Dave Franco as ART, a billionaire mind uploaded into a robot body. When the ship slips into a completely different universe, whatever passed for routine goes out the airlock.

Eight tight episodes follow, each stacking on the absurdity: sentient space clouds, robot rebellions, alien encounters, and enough inter-crew tension to power the ship. Joel Hodgson and Trace Beaulieu — both known from Mystery Science Theater 3000 — bring a specific brand of deadpan genre comedy to the cast, alongside Milana Vayntrub, Eugene Cordero and Karan Soni.
