Synopsis
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2023), Season 1 — an eight-episode Disney+ fantasy adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Twelve-year-old Percy discovers he's a demigod, son of Poseidon, and is immediately accused of stealing Zeus's master lightning bolt.
The quest sends him cross-country with Annabeth Chase and satyr Grover Underwood. They face Medusa and worse, find shelter in unexpected places, and eventually descend into the Underworld itself. The season adapts Rick Riordan's first novel, The Lightning Thief — Riordan co-wrote the scripts directly, and it shows. This version sticks far closer to the source than either of the earlier films.
