Synopsis
Merry Madagascar (2009) is a DreamWorks Animation holiday special you can watch online on iFILM, featuring the original cast: Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, and Jada Pinkett Smith. Santa crash-lands on the island and wakes up with no memory of who he is or what he was supposed to deliver — leaving Christmas in serious trouble.
Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria step up to run the gift route themselves, while King Julien immediately declares himself the new Santa and makes everything more chaotic. The whole thing wraps up in 30 minutes, which is exactly the right length: it moves fast, the animals stay true to their characters, and there is just enough plot to keep younger kids genuinely invested.
