Ex-professional boxer Sam did his time, then crossed the world to disappear. Five years on a Thai island, a new family, no trouble. Gens built the action sequences around Lyes' actual athletic background, and it shows: the fights are close-range, technically grounded, and they hurt to watch. Bangkok's criminal hierarchy gets texture rather than wallpaper treatment. Lean on plot, heavy on consequence — the kind of revenge film that doesn't ask for sympathy, just attention.
