Synopsis

That plan runs into interference almost immediately: a teenage hitman, a detective the barber falls for mid-investigation, an eccentric billionaire, a transvestite orderly, and his ex-wife all want the coins for their own reasons. Nobody is particularly competent. The film does not aim for precision — it is a cheerful pile-up where the real draw is watching this many recognizable actors bounce off each other.
