The Proud Family (2001) is a Disney Channel animated comedy you can watch online on iFILM. At its center is Penny Proud, a fourteen-year-old Black teen whose ordinary days have a habit of blowing up into full-blown disasters.

Penny juggles school, home and a loud circle of friends, and every small thing snowballs into an adventure. There's her boy-crazy best friend Dijonay, her snooty rival LaCienega, a pair of wildly overprotective parents, and Suga Mama, the grandmother who runs the house and never loses an argument. Kyla Pratt, Tommy Davidson and Jo Marie Payton head up the voice cast.
