Nobita misses his late grandmother and convinces Doraemon to take him back in time for one last visit. She asks him one thing in return: show me your bride someday. So the two travel to the future — only to find that adult Nobita has vanished on his wedding day. Tracking him down before the ceremony falls apart is the plot, but the real subject is why someone runs from being loved. Satoshi Tsumabuki voices the adult Nobita; the younger cast stays from the 2014 original.
