Icefall (2025) is a lean crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. A plane full of cash goes down in a frozen lake, and the deadline is the ice itself.

A young Indigenous game warden arrests a notorious poacher, then learns the man knows exactly where that downed plane sits — and what it is carrying. Once criminals and crooked cops catch wind of it, the warden and the poacher have no choice but to work together, fighting their way across the lake before the spring thaw swallows everything.

Director Stefan Ruzowitzky keeps it tight, with Joel Kinnaman, Danny Huston and Graham Greene in the cast. At 88 minutes there is no fat on it — a survival action piece where the real antagonist is the cracking ice as much as the men with guns.
