Synopsis
The Incredible Hulk Returns (1988) is a Marvel TV movie you can watch online on iFILM. Dr. David Banner has kept the green giant locked away for years now — a quiet life, a woman he loves, a lab, and the hope of a cure that's finally within reach.
That calm falls apart when his old colleague Donald Blake shows up. Trailing right behind them is a criminal gang that wants Banner's research for itself. Cornered, David feels the old surge of rage rising again, and his eyes start to glow green. The first meeting of the two heroes turns into a brawl before either realizes they're on the same side.
The film revived the cult series that ran from 1978 to 1982: Bill Bixby is back as Banner, with Lou Ferrigno once more as the Hulk. This was Thor's very first live-action appearance, decades before the Marvel Cinematic Universe, shot with all the earnest charm of 1980s television.
