Synopsis
The Trial of the Incredible Hulk (1989) is a made-for-TV movie you can watch online on iFILM. Drifting under a false name, David Banner gets caught in a subway mugging and ends up charged with an assault he never committed.
His lawyer is Matt Murdock — blind by day, the masked vigilante Daredevil by night. The case drags both men toward Wilson Fisk, the crime boss who really runs the city. Banner has one rule he can't break: lose his temper in that courtroom and the green giant exposes everything. Bill Bixby returns as Banner and directs, Lou Ferrigno suits up once more as the Hulk, and John Rhys-Davies plays Fisk.
This is the first time Daredevil appeared in live action, more than a decade before Marvel's big-screen era. The budget is modest and the look is pure late-'80s television, yet comic fans keep coming back to it as an origin point. Stream The Trial of the Incredible Hulk online on iFILM.
