Synopsis
Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy (2025), Season 1 — eight episodes you can watch online on iFILM, a dramatized account of one of the most notorious murder cases in American history.
It opens small: a Chicago teenager vanishes, and the last man to see him is a respected contractor who entertained sick kids dressed as a clown. Then detectives dig up the crawl space under his house. From there the show splits its attention. Part of it follows investigators Kozenczak and Tovar building the case; the rest belongs to the victims and the people who loved them, to the grief left behind and the missed warnings and prejudices that let Gacy go unchecked for years. The closing episodes move toward trial, an execution day, and a hard argument about how any of it was allowed to happen.
