Synopsis
Peter Pan & Wendy (2023) is Disney's live-action fantasy adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Wendy Darling dreads leaving her childhood behind, until a boy who flatly refuses to grow up drifts in through her bedroom window.
With her brothers and the fairy Tinker Bell in tow, Wendy follows Peter to Neverland, an island where the clock seems to have stopped. Pirates, a flying ship, and Captain Hook all wait there, and Hook carries an old grudge against Peter that runs deeper than usual. Ever Anderson plays Wendy, Alexander Molony is Peter, and Jude Law brings a wounded, almost mournful edge to Hook.
Director David Lowery, the filmmaker behind A Ghost Story and The Green Knight, reworks the Disney standard into something quieter and more shadowed than the cartoon. Yara Shahidi plays Tinker Bell, with Molly Parker and Jim Gaffigan rounding out the cast. Worth a look if you like a familiar tale told from a stranger angle.
