Gargoyles Season 3 (1996) closes the series in thirteen episodes you can watch online on iFILM. The secret is out — the city knows the gargoyles exist, and peace does not follow.

A militant group called the Quarrymen rises against the clan, led by John Castaway, the same hunter from last season's finale. These episodes lean far more standalone than before: Goliath stands trial for a crime he didn't commit, Thailog's clones begin dying of a strange illness, Angela reaches out to her mother Demona and nearly gets played, and an aging Hudson fears that going blind will make him useless to the clan. It all builds toward an uneasy truce between humans and gargoyles.

Known as "The Goliath Chronicles," this final run was made without series creator Greg Weisman, and fans still argue over whether it counts as canon.
