Synopsis

My Mad Fat Diary (2013), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM: six episodes about Rae, sixteen, freshly out of a psychiatric unit and trying to pass for a normal teenager.

Her friends believe she spent the last few months in France. They have no idea. Rae holds the secret together while navigating her first real crush on Finn, a friendship with Chloe that begins cracking the moment she discovers Chloe's own secret, and a therapist named Kester who keeps returning to the one question she isn't ready to answer — what actually triggered the self-harm. The diary takes everything else.
