Synopsis
Bates Motel (2013), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM, all ten episodes of A&E's Hitchcock prequel. Norma Bates moves to the coastal town of White Pine Bay with her teenage son Norman to start over after her husband's death. The town does not let them.
The motel's first week ends in violence that ties Norma to a local network of trafficking and quiet corruption — territory Sheriff Romero manages strictly on his own terms. Dylan, the older son nobody sent for, shows up and unsettles whatever fragile peace existed. Norman makes a cautious friend in Emma, nurses feelings for popular Bradley, and starts teaching himself taxidermy in a dead man's workshop. The memory blackouts he can't account for keep coming.
