Battle for Terra

Battle for Terra (2007) is an animated science fiction film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Aristomenis Tsirbas. Earth is gone — stripped bare, its air unbreathable. What remains of humanity drifts through space aboard a massive colony ship, running out of time and options.

Then they find Terra: a lush, inhabited planet. The plan is terraforming — convert the atmosphere to suit humans, which means death for every Terrian alive. A young Terrian named Mala shoots down one of the invading craft and captures its pilot, Jim. The two slowly realize they're being asked to be enemies by people who never had to look each other in the face. The voice cast includes Evan Rachel Wood, Chris Evans, Dennis Quaid, Mark Hamill, and Ron Perlman.
