Banzaï

Banzaï (1983) is a French comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Claude Zidi and led by Coluche — the kind of performer who could get a laugh just by answering the phone. He plays Michel, a round-the-clock insurance agent whose job description apparently includes flying to any continent where a client has gotten into trouble. He is also about to get married.

Michel promises his flight-attendant fiancée Isabelle he won't leave town. She promises she's done flying. Neither promise survives the week. The lies stack up, the globe-trotting accelerates, and by the time the film reaches Hong Kong the chaos involves a 747, a water-taxi chase, and an accidental drug deal.
