Synopsis
Call of the Night (Yofukashi no Uta, 2022) is a vampire anime you can watch online on iFILM. Ko Yamori, fourteen and unable to sleep, ditches school and starts roaming the city after dark.
On one of those walks he meets Nazuna Nanakusa, a carefree girl who treats the empty streets like her own playground. She lets Ko in on the small pleasures of the night, then sinks her teeth into his neck. Turning him into a vampire comes with a catch: he has to fall for her first. Ko takes the deal without really knowing what love is.
Animated by Liden Films from Kotoyama's manga, the show runs on neon-soaked mood and the loose chemistry between its leads rather than gore. It's a quiet coming-of-age comedy aimed squarely at anyone who has ever preferred 3 a.m. to noon. Stream Call of the Night online on iFILM.
