"Skip and Loafer" (スキップとローファー, 2023) is a slice-of-life anime series you can watch online on iFILM, adapted from Misaki Takanashi's manga and produced by P.A. Works.

Mitsumi Iwakura arrives in Tokyo with a colour-coded study plan and a five-year career roadmap that will eventually fix the country. The city doesn't care about the roadmap. Her new classmate Sousuke Shima is her opposite: calm, popular, apparently unbothered by any ambition at all — yet he's the one who actually makes things easier for her. Voiced by Tomoyo Kurosawa and Akinori Egoshi, the two leads carry a show that never manufactures drama where none is needed. What "Skip and Loafer" gets right is something rarer in anime than it looks: the quiet way two very different people start to rub off on each other without either one being fixed.
