18+Season 1
They don't make films. They make movies.
Synopsis
The Studio (2025), Season 1 is a Hollywood satire with Seth Rogen you can watch online on iFILM — ten episodes that drop Matt Remick into the top job at fictional Continental Studios.
The chair is already on fire when he sits down. Corporate wants box-office numbers; Matt wants real cinema, and that tug-of-war runs through every episode. He wrecks a flawless sunset oner just by showing up, sweats over handing Ron Howard a single bad note, loses a reel of film a day before a screening, and ends up begging Zoë Kravitz to thank him from the Golden Globes stage. Each half-hour is its own small disaster about a guy who loves movies and slowly learns the machine around him does not.
It all funnels toward CinemaCon: botch the presentation, and Continental gets sold to a tech company. The real directors and stars who turn up play actual parts in the plot rather than waving at the camera, and the show's anger at the industry feels earned. Stream The Studio Season 1 online on iFILM.
