TV-PGSeason 6
Darling!
Synopsis
Absolutely Fabulous Season 6 — three specials, BBC, 2011 to 2012 — marks the show's twentieth anniversary, and you can watch all of them online on iFILM. The full cast returned for a short run that picks up exactly where you'd expect.
Saffy is released from prison after two years — she had unknowingly helped asylum seekers obtain forged passports and served the sentence without complaint. Edina collects her. In the second episode, Eddie and Patsy try to impress Saffy by booking a French film star for a Royal Albert Hall event, fully expecting A-list invitations to follow. The third special was filmed during the London 2012 Olympics: Edina decides to rent out the house to Michael Douglas, reasoning that glamour will come to her if she arranges the right circumstances. Three episodes is a slim return, but for anyone who has followed these two from the start, it lands well enough.

S6·E1Identity
Edina collects Saffy from prison, where she served two years for (unknowingly) providing asylum seekers with forged passports. Saffy later invites former cellmate Baron to the house, unaware that Baron was once Patsy's drug dealer and Patsy still owes her £50,000. And now Baron refuses to leave until she's repaid.
S6·E2Job
When Saffy berates Edina for being lazy and incompetent, Edina and Patsy decide to impress her by booking her favourite French film star, Jeanne Durand, to perform at the Royal Albert Hall. However, they're dismayed when Jeanne lip-syncs instead of singing live.
S6·E3Olympics
Edina decides to rent out her house to Michael Douglas during the Summer Olympics, hoping it will lead to prestigious A-list parties, even though Patsy—who now needs incontinence pants—no longer shares Edina's penchant for partying.
