Season 2
The greatest of their kind.
Synopsis
Dynasties (2018), Season 2 is the sequel to David Attenborough's nature project you can watch online on iFILM — four fresh episodes, four animal families. Again there's no sweeping wildlife survey: the camera locks onto one mother in charge and stays with her to the end.
Four leading females carry this run. A puma in the Patagonian mountains works to raise four cubs, her largest litter, hunting prey three times her size while rivals circle. An elephant herd in Kenya's Amboseli hits a rare disaster and pulls through only by sticking together. A cheetah on Zambia's plains readies her cubs for a life without her, fending off hyenas along the way. And out on the open Liuwa Plain, an ageing spotted-hyena queen fights to hold her clan as a younger challenger moves on her throne.
This season trades Asia and Antarctica for African and South American grasslands, but the pull is the same: who rules the clan, who replaces them, what motherhood costs. If the first run landed for you, this is the same breed — just a shorter set. Stream Dynasties Season 2 online on iFILM.
