Synopsis

A teenage girl vanishes, and the trail leads straight to the pimp that Lieutenant Crowley has been working for years. Then it gets personal. Not long before, a stranger groped Crowley's own daughter on the subway, and the cop's racial loathing boils over. The kidnapped girl, as it happens, is Japanese. To do his job honestly, he first has to get past his own prejudice.
