Synopsis
American Horror Story (2011), Season 12 — watch online on iFILM: nine episodes, 2023. For the first time in the anthology's run, FX gives a single story the whole season: actress Anna Victoria Alcott, years of failed IVF behind her, finally gets pregnant — and becomes convinced something is working against her.
Her career is peaking: Oscar nominations, red carpets, the full machinery of Hollywood attention. Privately, it unravels. Odd strangers appear. Her husband won't believe her. Doctors give diagnoses that explain nothing. The dread accumulates around a cult whose roots go back further than Anna's fears — and the show earns its tension by keeping the line between paranoia and real threat genuinely blurry for most of its run.
