Synopsis

While Ally's grip on reality loosens, her neighbor Kai Anderson runs for city council on a platform of manufactured panic. Fear is his currency and his product. The cult he quietly builds draws in the lost, the resentful, and the desperate; the string of local murders only helps him climb. Ally grows more isolated with each episode — her wife thinks it's psychosis, her therapist records everything — while the real threat moves steadily closer.
