Synopsis

Adopted son Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan) has promised his father an arranged match, then falls for Anjali (Kajol), a spirited girl from a poorer part of town. The cast is a who's who of Hindi cinema: Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan as the parents, a young Hrithik Roshan as Rohan, Kareena Kapoor as his glamorous love interest.
