Mary carries a secret she has never said out loud to anyone. The two damaged strangers click almost instantly, except her condition has a habit of tearing relationships apart once a month. Isla Fisher and Josh Gad play the odd couple straight, letting the dread and the deadpan jokes share the same scene.
