Synopsis
Season 2 of Wellington Paranormal (2019) is up to watch online on iFILM — seven episodes of the same New Zealand mockumentary about a police unit assigned to the supernatural. By now Minogue, O'Leary and Sergeant Maaka know the drill.
The weirdness gets bigger this time. Ten anglers vanish without a trace around the harbour, three teenage witches run a girls' high school, and the ghost of a 1930s constable breaks loose, threatening to shut every pub still open past the old six o'clock closing. There's a roadside motel full of doppelgängers of the officers themselves, a driverless boy-racer car haunted by a lovesick spirit hunting his 1989 girlfriend, and obsolete phones assembling into robots. A Christmas special closes things out, complete with the Devil at a mall and a doll on the rampage.
