Synopsis
RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 1 — watch online on iFILM: six episodes that launched the franchise's first-ever tournament for returning queens in 2012.
Alumni from seasons one through four walk in knowing the rules this time. The season opens with a high-fashion editorial shoot, then moves through Hollywood street pranks, a celebrity girl-group battle with Kelly Osbourne, a superhero alter-ego runway, and a live stand-up finale at the Comedy Store. Rachel Dratch and Janice Dickinson guest-judge. The prize on offer — Hall of Fame induction — didn't exist before this season invented it.
Six episodes is a short run by later All Stars standards, and the format feels like it's still finding its footing. That said, watching seasoned queens compete with nothing left to prove gives the season an edge the main series rarely matches. Stream RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 1 all episodes on iFILM.
