Armand

Renate Reinsve, of The Worst Person in the World, plays a mother on the edge, holding the camera for minutes at a time. Tøndel, grandson of Liv Ullmann and Ingmar Bergman, took the Caméra d'Or for best first film at Cannes. A chamber piece with a cold, unsettling pull, made for fans of slow-burn European cinema.
