Synopsis
One Magic Christmas (1985) is a Disney holiday fantasy from director Phillip Borsos that you can watch online on iFILM. Ginny Grainger, played by Mary Steenburgen, is worn down by money troubles and exhaustion, and the season brings her no joy at all.
The savings are gone, her out-of-work husband wants to spend the last of it on gifts for the kids, and Ginny has stopped believing in any of it. Enter Gideon — a guardian angel in a long coat and wide-brimmed hat, played with weary grace by Harry Dean Stanton. Working through six-year-old Abbie, he sets out to give one stubborn mother back the faith she lost. First, though, real heartbreak stands in her way.
