Fragtime

Withdrawn since a childhood hurt, Misuzu barely speaks to anyone. Frozen time is her shelter: she stands among the motionless and quietly watches. Then, one day, someone else moves inside that stillness. Haruka Murakami is the one person her power can't touch, and suddenly the shy girl is caught out in the private space she thought was hers alone. From there, two classmates begin to circle each other, carefully.

At just sixty-one minutes, the film keeps things tight and unhurried. It's a gentle yuri romance built on a single sci-fi conceit, where the real subject isn't the superpower but how hard it is for a teenager to let anyone in.
