Synopsis
Fate/Grand Order the Movie: Camelot 1 — Wandering; Agateram (2020) is an anime action film you can watch online on iFILM. It is the first of two parts adapting the game's Camelot chapter.
It is A.D. 1273, and Jerusalem has been scorched into desert. Its people are driven from their homes while three powers tear at the wasteland. The Knights of the Round Table rally to guard the Holy City and their Lion King. The wandering knight Bedivere makes for that same city and crosses paths with humanity's last Master, Ritsuka Fujimaru, who has arrived with his Demi-Servant Mash Kyrielight to stitch human history back together. In the shadows, the Sun King Ozymandias schemes against the realm's strange tyranny while the mountain people wait to rise.
Pulled straight from the Grand Order storyline, the film is aimed first at viewers already steeped in it: the lore is dense and the names land fast with little hand-holding. Kei Suezawa directs, with Mamoru Miyano and Rie Takahashi among the voices. The story stops mid-journey, saving Bedivere's ending for the second part.
