Synopsis
Queen: Live at Wembley Stadium (1986) is the legendary concert film you can watch online on iFILM. In the summer of 1986, the band took the stage before a sold-out Wembley during their Magic Tour.
Freddie Mercury is at his absolute peak here, conducting more than seventy thousand voices like one giant instrument. The set runs through nearly everything that made the group immortal — "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Radio Ga Ga", "Hammer to Fall", "Under Pressure", "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions" — while Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon never let the wall of sound sag.
A year on from their Live Aid triumph, the four proved they could shrink a vast stadium down to something almost intimate. This is one of the last great shows Mercury ever played, and arguably the finest record of what Queen were like live. The clearest place to start if you want to get why people still worship them.
