Synopsis
The Baby-Sitters Club (2020), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM, a ten-episode Netflix teen drama and a modern update of Ann M. Martin's novels. Five middle-schoolers in the town of Stoneybrook start their own venture: a hire-a-sitter club run from a bedroom.
Kristy has the idea, and the first season hands the camera to each friend in turn. Claudia navigates a first crush and a rift with her older sister, Stacey hides a diagnosis she's ashamed of, shy Mary Anne learns to push back against an overprotective dad, and newcomer Dawn earns her spot wrangling three impossible kids. Under the babysitting business sit grown-up subjects — illness, divorce, the strain that tests a friendship. The run closes at Camp Moosehead, where a two-part summer finale wraps the season.
