Synopsis

Judah Ben-Hur and Messala grow up as brothers in Jerusalem. Then Rome comes calling. Emily VanCamp, Alex Kingston, Hugh Bonneville and Ray Winstone fill out an ancient world that never feels like a museum exhibit.
Lew Wallace's 1880 novel has inspired a new adaptation each generation, and this version goes back to the source rather than trying to top the 1959 epic's spectacle.
