Synopsis

Hillary Burns (Bonnie Somerville) has spent years feeling like the family letdown beside her tidily settled siblings, terrified of disappointing her parents one more time. When workaholic lawyer Jason dumps her for refusing to relocate, she's suddenly without the date she's been promising at the dinner table for months. Her friend Sophie floats a reckless fix: hire a complete stranger to walk in as Jason. The stand-in, played by Jordan Bridges, turns out to fit the role a little too well.
