Synopsis
Accidentally Engaged (2016) is a TV romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Clarissa is an actress whose big break never came. Heading home for a friend's wedding, she can't resist a little fiction — she tells everyone she's dating screen star Chas Hunter.
The fib spreads faster than she can manage it. Then it really snowballs: the real Chas hears about it and plays along, showing up at the wedding to ride out some bad publicity of his own, and suddenly the fake romance has a fake fiancé attached. Director Letia Clouston keeps things sunny and undemanding, the kind of light watch that asks nothing of you. Lexi Giovagnoli leads, with Maureen McCormick — Marcia from The Brady Bunch — in the mix.
