Synopsis

Tommy Riley moves to Chicago with his father and tries to keep a low profile until a street brawl gets him spotted by the operators of an illegal underground boxing circuit. The fights have no rules and the promoter, played with cold menace by Loggia, treats fighters as inventory. Tommy climbs the bracket to clear his father's debt; his friend Lincoln is there to box his way out of the South Side. Their handler eventually sees only one logical finale: put them against each other.
