Synopsis
Triple Tap (鎗王之王, 2010) is a Hong Kong crime thriller directed by Derek Yee that you can watch online on iFILM. Champion marksman Ken witnesses an armoured van robbery and shoots four criminals dead to save a hostage. The court calls him a hero.
The investigating detective, Jerry Chang, happens to be the same man Ken recently beat in a shooting competition. They know each other's technique and not much else. When the one robber who got away comes back for Ken, the clean heroism story starts to fall apart — fast. Louis Koo and Daniel Wu play the two leads in a methodical cat-and-mouse where every clever move reveals a smarter one underneath. Hong Kong thriller craftsmanship at its tidiest.
