Synopsis

The trail leads to Mexico, and what they find there is Kate Argent — killed in season one, but apparently still around and transformed into something new. Back in Beacon Hills, a figure called The Benefactor starts circulating a hit list of every supernatural creature in town, and professional assassins start showing up to collect. Scott bites a freshman named Liam for the first time, which means he's now responsible for someone he barely knows. Malia tries to learn what she missed growing up as a coyote. Lydia starts figuring out what her banshee ability can actually do. Season four is tighter and nastier than its predecessor — multiple threats closing in at once, an identity mystery at the center, and a finale that returns to where the season started.
