Season 3 of Peep Show (2003) is available to watch online on iFILM — six more episodes from that South London flat, with Mark and Jeremy still narrating every craven thought straight down the lens. This time the big shift lands on Mark: the thing he chased for two whole seasons finally happens.
He and Sophie are together. It should be everything he wanted, except now the fear of commitment kicks in and he keeps swinging between wanting her close and wanting to bolt. The obstacles pile up — muggers make off with his phone, long-distance forces him into nervous phone sex, and his sister comes to stay just as Jeremy starts lusting after her. Jeremy, for his part, throws a secret magic-mushroom party, gets called for jury duty, and promptly falls for the defendant. By the finale Mark, terrified that he and Sophie are drifting, makes a move nobody saw coming.
