Ticker

Ticker (2001) is a crime action thriller you can watch online on iFILM, built around a citywide bomb hunt. Explosions rip through San Francisco, and detective Ray Nettles (Tom Sizemore) starts tracking the man behind them, terrorist leader Alex Swan (Dennis Hopper). His backup is explosives expert Frank Glass, played by Steven Seagal.

Swan won't say why he's doing any of it. He just keeps planting clever, lethal traps and threatens to level whole blocks unless his captured accomplice, scientist Claire Manning (Jaime Pressly), walks free. Every device the cops defuse only buys minutes before the next one. Director Albert Pyun, a workhorse of nineties direct-to-video action, keeps it lean: 92 minutes of chases, gunfire and ticking timers rather than careful drama.
